My first order came damaged. When I reported it, the gentleman was very helpful and said he would ship out a replacement order immediately. I asked if he was going to issue a RMA for the order I had received and he told me no, they didn't want them back to trash them. After a week, my replacement order had not been received. When I called to question when my order was shipped I was told that they couldn't release the order until the damaged merchandise had been returned. I explained that I was told to trash the order, they didn't want it returned. He then told me to retrieve it from the recycle bin and if there was additional damage to the packaging, "all the better". I was able to retrieve the package and had to do an exchange when my replacement order was received. I waited about two years before placing another order, needing some less expensive photo cards for an event. I had searched for coupon codes and found a 20% code online that I applied to my order. It was accepted and the discounted amount was shown. I then received an email that said the discount would not be taken until after shipping had been applied since the discount could effect the shipping charges and that a refund would be issued separate from the initial bill. A month later and no refund. I contacted them via email and received a response that I was not entitled to a refund/discount. I followed up with a phone call in which the gentleman acknowledge my complaint, but told me he would have to speak with the person who takes care of the refunds. At this time, no response, no refund. Needless to say, I won't be placing any future orders with Photographers Edge, or recommending them to my friends. . more
