On Monday, 9/19/2016, we noticed our air conditioner was not cooling. We called Tempo Mechanical. We have been Tempo customers for over ten years. The customer service agent Natalie R. and dispatcher Katrina C. came through once again with fast, friendly, and professional service. The technician, Rick Foster, came out the same day and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed and explained the issue, He offered suggestions and options and then promptly solved the problem. We were thoroughly and completely satisfied with the entire process as we always are when we rely on Tempo Mechanical and their excellent personnel.
