FRAUD ALERT 10/14/2016

made appointment to have my Cadillac serviced because the check engine light was on. left vehicle with them for almost 2 weeks for a 7.6 hour job to do timing chains. On the day vehicle was supposed to be done I had called to check what time it would be finished and they told me that the technician just returned from test drive and he blew a brake line. after 4 phone calls they told me the brake fluid was gushing out and the job would be 10 hours labor and 300 in parts for a total of 1700 dollars. I told them it sounded funny and would be picking up my vehicle to get a second opinion. They said it may not be drivable. Picked it up later that day. They told me the fluid was draining out fast and I had about 5 pumps of the brakes before I had no brakes. I looked under the vehicle which was running and totally dry. Drive it home and it sat all weekend not being used until Monday morning. I took it to my regular service station and told them what happened and they checked the entire vehicle and the story was totally FALSE=FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!! Made an appointment with Jeff the owner and he told me a different story. After getting no where I had him go get the technician who worked on my vehicle and he told a totally different story. Basically he thought it may happen some day!!!!! FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing has happened yet in resolving this matter. Basically do not agree to service with this dealer without getting a second opinion. BEWARE!!!!!! more
