The only issue I had was with the scheduler. When I called One Hour Heating the scheduler clearly did not understand the difference between a routine service and a repair request. He refused to change his schedule despite the fact the furnace had to be shut down due to the problem I was experiencing. When the repair man arrived he had been told he was to do a routine annual service. Fortunately the repair man had enough common sense to address the actual problem at hand, a disabled furnace! He was very professional and went about fixing the problem with the furnace. In view of the entire situation, I give the repair man 5 stars and the clueless scheduler 1 star.
