Faber Homes was great in helping us pick a floor plan that was conducive to our needs. We told them our budget and they were great in keeping our monthly payments where we wanted to be. Building process was good and if we had any questions on anything, they were there to answer them and address any issues. Our neighborhood is amazing and everyone is quite friendly toward one another.
