The building is fairly new and nice location, despite this the staff members are so not professional, From the customer service desk at the front to the back of Mgr. They enjoy harassing and humiliation people and the manager back them up. They refuse to give me the their cooperate office NO.Because i told them i need my complaint to be addressed.I feel very relief when they fired that person. But the person who replace her even worse. I don,t know if they look any experience on customer service before they hire them. I have no choice but to leave in hell since they put a record of noting giving them a 20 days notice while i was looking for another place.
If you try to move to this complex well you should be thinking about your rental history when you decide to leave them cause i am sure one day you will.
