DJJ came to our home to check our furnace as part of a regular maintenance package that we paid for with Level Home Services. He was very polite, professional, and explained in detail all that he was doing. He worked around our 9 pound Shitzu dog and quickly became friends with her. He also made a point of introducing himself to my disabled husband and answering some questions that he had.
