Needed someone to check a commode to determine why the running water did not cut off as it should after flushing. The parts in the tank were replaced a few weeks ago. Andrew Arizola was sent to answer my call. He checked everything and said the problem was a lime build-up under the red washer ring. He proceeded to clean it and tested the mechanism thoroughly. He said due to the hard water we have in our area, it may happen again. He was extremely nice, answered several questions I asked and was very knowledgeable in his answers. A-1 employee. Would ask for him again if more help is needed.
