This was literally the best service call, of any kind, that I have ever had in my life. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and dispensed advice in a way that was kind, not condescending. I hope that I get Mike for all my future service calls from Tempo, although everyone I have spoken to at the company on the phone has also been very friendly and helpful.
