Level's Justin B. visited my home for my semi-annual HVAC checkup. He was prompt, courteous, patient, and informative. My equipment was fine with the exception of a communications error between my indoor and outdoor units. He explained the situation and some possible resolutions. In the end, he replaced a piece of equipment and the situation resolved itself. In addition, there were multiple technology settings that needed to be adjusted. Justin took the time to make the adjustments and explain to me how to adjust on my own. Not only an HVAC technician but also a digital technician given the advancements in the HVAC technology.
I originally chose Level for my equipment based on the company reputation and the company and its employees have yet to let me down in the past three year. Highly recommend!
