I have never taken my car here before and since it was close to my job I decided I would try it out. Well.... They drove across the street to give me a jump and made me believe since they were getting my business that the jump would be free. Nope Bill at the front desk who is sooo rude!!!!!! Decided to tell me about a surprising hidden fee. 40$! To jump my car. I then as nice as possible asked to have it waved since I could've received a jump for free from someone else. Bill argued with me telling me how much there towing truck cost. As if that has anything to do with it. They should have been up front from the beginning. Then the owner gets on the phone finally asking if I would split the cost with him. I feel it was so rude and it upset me terribly. The funny thing is I work with many physicians that go to liskeys and they said if I didn't get my money back that they would no longer go to them. And tell everyone they can to not use there buisness. Soo disappointing
