I very much appreciated the manner in which Craig and I interacted and after a brief conversation I'm convinced Craig has my best interest in mind when servicing our HVAC. Having shared other not so good experiences I've had with service from auto dealers, etc. I'm confident Craig will be honest with me when recommending replacements of parts, etc., only when necessary to continue efficient and economical performance of the equipment. I have asked YES to make Craig available to me when service is necessary.
