I had been to several computer shops around town and I had been very frustrated as nobody could give me a straight answer on what I needed to get my laptop computer working again. One shop had my machine for 3 weeks, and then I gave up on them. So I called Wasatch Computer. They seem to be the only ones in town knowledgeable enough o resolve the issues with my laptop. For me, the are the only computer repair shop in Orem that I trust, with all the run around. Mark was very courteous to me, explained the problem and how is possibly happened. After one 1 day my computer was back in my possession and working better than ever! Thank you again for a reasonable, professional, and perfect repair job on my Laptop.
