My 3 year old daughter flush a pair of nail scissor down my toilet and it got stuck. Well this required breaking through the foundation and removing the pipe of where the scissor were stuck and replace with new piping. Well Chris Downs from Rescue Rooter was the guy who did the job and he was Awesome. I have had my bad experiences with other plumbers who tell it will cost this much and all the sudden it this much more. Now with Chris D. he was straight forward with me and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was willing to work with me if I did some of the work myself, such as break through the foundation and clearing the dirt myself. End result is that I got the plumbing issue fixed and he even help me with my slow draining kitchen sinks. Over all one of the better experiences I had with a Plumber professional and in the future if more plumbing issues comes up he will be my go to guy.
