The owner of this shop, Vivian Rogers, is the most rude and stuck up old lady I've ever met. She treats people like they are her servants and she has no respect for anyone who helps her out. She can't even learn how to crack a smile, I will NEVER be using Vivan's flowers again. I do not recommend giving this mean woman any business.
