3rd visit, work not complete, always seems to be a issue on what the problem is, maybe or invoice missing parts needed, not sure of root of problem it appears to be dispatch not sending technicians with proper parts and instructions. You would think after 2k dollars plus AND the cost of an annual service contract the level of customer service would be higher. We all have choices as to what company's we use in our homes, after this experience with John Wayne I would NOT recommend them to service your a/c unit unless you have endless time and money.
