This attorney lied and botched so many deadlines in my case(4) was thrown out,based on HIS negligence.It was a medical malpractice case that render a 525K likely outcome at the MCCP level.Im permanently in a wheelchair and when he claimed to be broke and homeless and my new attny settled for just 75K against a threat of Mr.******** filing BK,it was never paid-not one cent.This verifiable through the MCCP/DCCA offices.According to this attorney in court,he is broke and unable to pay even his own living expenses and he lies-Not a good choice.
