We have had some issues with our Air Conditioner and didn't know why our AC unit kept shutting off. We called ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham and Josh B. came out to the house. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and just overall fantastic. He let me know what was causing the issue in language I could understand. He really took the time to do thorough maintenance and we have noticed the positive results almost immediately! He gave us some great feedback and maintenance ideas to better the air flow, keep a more consistent temp throughout the whole house, and we set an appt to meet with one of their home efficiency experts!
