August will be the 20th month of construction since the slab was poured. It has been a story of two steps forward, one step back beginning with the designers. Little or no supervision of contractors that cannot work unsupervised. No oversight on supervisors. Quality of cabinets more suitable for a double wide. Cabinet installers broke six doors. Pantry not built to plan. Very limited choices of counter top material and vinyl flooring. Vinyl floor installed mid December and edges began curling within a month. Installers used Gloss Sealant on subdued finish vinyl, providing shiny stripes at every seam. Tilson took six months to agree that the whole floor should be replaced. Kitchen counter top at stove won't square up with cabinets because the wall isn't square with the front kitchen wall. Windows have the appearance of factory seconds: bowed bottoms and excessive sealant everywhere. Painters were fired onsite then supervisor departed. Painters left a/c thermostat set to 57deg for several weeks. Tripled my electric bill. (We don't live onsite) Overall an extremely disappointing experience.
