New customer experience 7/29/2015

Called another company and was told they were too busy to respond to our problem. Was not a problem. Just whipped out the trusty phone book and found the ad for YES air conditioning. Called and got a very courteous office employee. Explained problem to her and she set me up with a scheduled time for their tech's to come out. They called and said their people would not be able to come till late in afternoon. Re-scheduled for next day and they were here by 8:20 A.M..They diagnosed my problem and we worked out an acceptable solution. As complicated as it was, the tech's worked all day to get my problems fixed. Mark and Darren exceptional and their job knowledge was very high. Will definitely call again when I have a problem. They are a definite asset to the company more
