I left my lab for 1 week at kennelwood on Krantky Road. The day I was coming home they called and said she had a small red spot that looked like a hot spot. When I got there she had 3 very large BLEEDING gapping round wholes, one on her tail, one on her back end and one on her elbow. It looked like someone left her outside on the hot concrete. The manager said I'm sorry I didn't put anything on it. I spent $349 and no refund. She limped so bad I had to take her to the vet. She was in terrible pain. I would never recommend boarding any animal at this facility.
