Michelle displayed excellent communication skills. We do not like high pressure or the "gotta do it now" attitude. Michelle never displayed anything close to this. She is friendly, informative, knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better person to come out to talk to us. She left and we felt very good about the whole transaction; presentation, equipment, and pricing. She should be considered a top-grade professional. We would not hesitate to recommend Iceberg's One Hour Heating, but we would tell people to ask for Michelle!!!
