My first time working with O'Brien left me quite impressed. Chris was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about my AC system. He explained to me in great detail what was wrong, and how to fix the issues. He took his time, I never felt like he was rushed to finish my service call and get on to the next one, and couldn't have been more pleased with the service he provided.
