This is the first time that I make comments about a technician.
Charlie was not only polite and friendly, but most importantly was very knowledgeable,and his expertise was of the highest caliber.
He pointed out many things about the a/c equipment that none of the technicians did previously, and I have been a client for 17 years. I will always request him from now on.
