Our cable went out on June 4. since then I've made multiple phone calls to the service center and have been assured over and over and over that they will take care of this. they do sincerely apologize, blah, blah, blah. I've been nice and it hasn't gotten me anywhere. what does a person have to do to get it to work. BTW 1 star was the least I could give. I don't feel the company has earned even 1 star.
