I saw that the last review was from 2009 and I can assure you that this company has gone down hill since then. I had my furniture refinished with a promise date of Memorial Day and really didn't get the furniture (after many calls) until the week after July 4th 2012. Since then have had trouble getting replacement parts that have broken. This morning was my 4th call and I have sent 2 e-mails. Spoke to the manager and he can't even find the package that was supposed to have been sent out in April. It was never sent!! You would think someone is keeping track of things, I guess not. Find another company that really cares about your business. more
