The nail technician didn't know what he was doing. He was trying to get glitter polish off my toes and rubbed so long and so hard that he caused blisters on 3 of my toes and caused the rest to swell. I tried to explain to him that he should just use a nail file or buffer to remove it but he didn't listen. Then when I tried to explain it to the female owner she caught an attitude and told me that I must have already had those blisters instead of apologizing and taking ownership for what one of her employees caused. She was loud and rude. I will never contribute to their business again. Another male nail technician came over and tried his best to make up for her rude behavior and the other gentleman's inexperience. I still can't believe how the owner reacted. Very unprofessional!!! I would never go back. They were a really good nail salon back at their old location, but I can't say the same after the poor service I received today. -No wonder there were only a few customers in there on a Thursday afternoon... sheesh
