I met a wonderful person and ARS ambassador for the company tonight by the name of Roberto E. My A?C went out yesterday on the hottest day of the year so far. My home was 91 degrees when I entered from work today. My family was suffering badly. Roberto was a God sent to triage the situation. he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He diagnosed the mechanical consideration that I will be making decisions on in the near future, but for tonight, he replaced a capacitor that re-started my AC unit. It is still extremely hot in here, but at least the unit can run until measurable benefits are observed. I appreciate his coming over at the late hour, the candid, educational discussion that we had and the transparency what he showed in helping me to truly understand what my options are moving forward. I was on the verge of breaking my service contract with ARS. ARS made me realize that it was a really good investment in the partnership overall.. I think I'll keep it. He was a great guy, and very well-versed in his craft. Thanks to him for everything.
