Jassen was professional, friendly, answered all questions calmly and clearly. We had a fire in the fuse box, required a lot of dirty work, in a smoke odor environment, he worked diligently, only took breaks for lunch and additional equipment needs over 3 days. We were very impressed, and would highly recommend him as the best. Also Mr Electric got to us at Noon the day of the fire at 8AM, vs other recommendations that couldn't get to us until the following day.
