The facility is nice,very beautiful and upscale but management is a total joke. The director Lisa does not care about you or your child and lies constantly.All she cares about is turning over a profit.Any issues you direct to her she will protect favorite staff members instead of assisting a parent. Also, she is more interested in having "relations" with a co- worker then actually doing her job. Westminster should really watch her more.She is not a model employee and can put on a show to make herself look good. A lot of parents are talking about her and how they don't appreciate her actions. My child no longer attends the facility due to my disgust with her actions.Upon finding a new daycare in the area I was not surprised to hear the same complaints about her. She is not a role model I want for my child. Also I found office does not follow through with task and I felt some teachers are lazy and they don't care about the children its just a job.
