On May 11 my outside AC compressor fan for the upstairs would not turn on. Josh made it to our place quickly, looked for the cause, replaced a large capacitor that had breached, and the unit started right up. He identified this capacitor leakage in April during an AC checkup. I opted not to fix. My bad. Oh well. Thanks Josh, you did a great job.
