I was an excellent tenant of over 20 yrs. The rentals were in excellent condition until Sopensky bought the place.And get this the brother actially bought them and John takes the rent money. I was grandfathered in on my lease and he tried to raise my rent halfway through my lease year. To make a story short,he served me with a right to vacate order,which gave me 30 days to find a place and move out. I was forced out and still I left with the apartment in excellent shape! He was ordered by the district justice to give my deposit or reason why no by 30 days because he was found at fault! One year and one lawyer later I received double my security deposit ,by law.
