DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME-ENERGY-OR MONEY WITH THIS GUY.
I am on the same page with the other reviews on this site. They delayed and delayed. Excuse and Lie's all along the way. This Alan White guy is a real piece of work. The work environment was sweat shop quality at it's best. Non-stop screaming and Threats. Not to just me as a customer, but each one of his employee's. I tried to stay Local, but when you get jacked around during the whole process, it is not worth it. I could of shipped my items to someplace in another state just as easy. The workmanship is 6th grade art class quality. There's not point to even attempt to have them make it right. They don't know how. They would just demand more money and hold your item hostage. Then you end up with the same poor workmanship. Let your kids practice on your next Upholstery project. You will be much happier giving your hard earned money to some kid than some poor excuse of a businessman.
I know this seems like a review from some random person that had a rare bad experience. I want you to know. That is not the fact. If I would of been smart enough to read and believe the other reviews that were written, I would of save myself and my company, money and stress.
I take full responsibility for not being smart enough. My hope's are that at least one of you out there reading this and the other reviews, BELIEVE….it's ALL True. Don't get lied to, don't get disappointed. Move on to another Upholstery Business. Consider this advise as a Gift from Me to You.
