This is not your typical chiropractor clinic. They are very holistic in their approach and very caring about what your pain is. I have long term shoulder, lower back and hip pain. I go in warm up, stretch, do exercises, then I have trigger point massage, then adjustment. So I would really liken this to more of a rehab/chiropractor than just chiropractic clinic. Since I have been going my head aches have gone away. I went from 20% mobility in my right shoulder to 90% (just had re-examine today) and my strength went from 10% to over 90% over the coarse of 4-5 weeks. Now we starting to concentrate on my lower back and hip.
Everyone is so nice and very sincere in wanting to help and make sure you are doing your stretches and exercises correctly. I have never seen anyone in any mood other than happy and cheerful. Makes it a nicer place to go when you have been in chronic pain.
