See next review 2/23/2015....This was now our 5th service call: Scott K. came out again with a new part in hand (yes!) but only needed to tighten a connection. After 5 days we could see there was still a very small drip and so I tightened some more. Everything looks OK now. Customer service people were helpful. The furnace was signed up to their maintenance plan (BAM) free as compensation for my trouble.
