My kids loved the entire experience from choosing their favorite bear to making a wish on the bear's heart, to stuffing it and bathing it. Will was very helpful walking us through the process and explaining each step of the way. James, the store manager, made sure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. Everyone there is friendly, helpful and happy!
