I've been going to may grant for years and liked it at first. Recently the care has gotten HORRIBLE!! I was told throughout my whole pregnancy that at my 6 week follow up I could get my nexplanon put in. When I had my follow up appointment they said they never do that and that I was making it up. When I told them the different doctors that told me they didn't believe me. Every time I had an appointment I had to wait in the room for over a half hour before being seen without anyone letting me know that they were running behind. They double book appointments and make you make as many appointments as they can just toget money out of you. My sister who is a doctor had her yearly breast exam done, the doctor didn't do it right (just rubbed around for about a second) then told her she was fine. She found a lump the next day and called may grant to ask to get an ultrasound. They told her she would need a consult appointment with May grant and that there were no appointments for 6 weeks and then after that appointment they would have to set up an ultrasound appointment at the breast center that would be a few more weeks. Also I went there for an appointment during my pregnancy and was getting checked in by one of the ladies at the front desk. When I told her my name the lady across from her told me that I was late for my appointment (I was 20 minutes early) and that they cancelled it and I should be on time. After that the lady checking me in told me I was early and the other girl didn't know what she was talking about. This practice is so unorganized and when I talked to the practice manager about switching all she said was "good luck finding someone else who will give you better care!" They only care about quantity of care not quality of care. Some of the doctors and midwives are great but not worth all the trouble
