A major purchase for us, found something at Garrisons-Medford but went with Lazy Boy instead b/c of 'the name'. On top of the cost of the much more expensive Couch & LS, we paid an additional $400 to get a specific fabric.
A little more than a yr later, trying to find time to deal with it, the fabric was fraying and a cushion was looking pretty tacky.
Customer Service at LA-Z-BOY Phoenix, OR is at the top of our list for the very worst.
Their follow up, follow through has been pathetic customer service. We are pretty sure that they are hoping we just 'go away'. They could care less about our experience or our future business.
