These people are a rip off, RUN as fast as you can. DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THERE SITES: You will sign paperwork and then they pull a bait and switch on you by changing the cost of the mortgage that you were quoted. You have to pay $10,000 down payment to move into the house and then you get a letter a few months into living in the house that you are stuck with the taxes on the house.
