Clay arrived at my home several minutes before the scheduled appointment. This is much appreciated because it is hard to find a company that meets their appt time. Clay performed the work promptly and provided a detailed explanation of what he did and also shared his recommendations for the future. Pam was very courteous and willing to work with me on getting on their schedule on such short notice.
