Incorrect insurance filing 3/10/2015

Service was excellent, everyone was very courteous except the insurance coordinator. She was very rude when I called to verify if my insurance information was correct. She would not return my calls. I was billed and the statement stated no policy found when my insurance was verified during my appt. When asked if my insurance information was correct she stated there was no policy found so you need to call your insurance to verify. I insisted that she verify my insurance number and it was incorrect in their system. I am not sure if I will return next year as correct insurance filing is important especially since they charge a 1% fee every month the bill is not paid and it was an error on their part. more
