When I built my house in 99, some of the yard slopes were fairly steep. Tom De Young spent a lot of time with me, answering lots of questions (I'm an engineer). I went in his shop intending to price check zero turn radius mowers. I showed Tom pictures of my grades, and he offered to bring out a zero turn radius and a regular tractor style to try them out on my slopes. Turned out the zero turn slid too much and I ended up buying a tractor from him.
I've taken all my business to him ever since -- the people don't treat you like you're an annoyance (like some other places on Division). I've purchased accessories, and a push mower from them, and service has been great. I'm writing this review now because I was looking them up to call about getting a new tractor from them.
