I made a stupid mistake and needed an electrician to fix the matter--or so I thought. Jerry arrived on time, took 12 seconds to fix the problem, and never even hinted that I could have fixed my problem easily! (I'm now working up my own joke on myself about how many people I need to help me change a light bulb ...) Jerry was helpful and the consummate professional.
