I have been going to Swaim's for many years but it seems that in the past year it has gone down hill and reached the bottom. In the beginning it was all walk in but now it is by appointment but they still have walk in service to fill the gaps of people like me that get tired of waiting hours after their scheduled appointment time and finally just leave. The Vets appear to all be just out of vet school and trying to get a practice started at our expense, can only wish them the best. I for one will never return as my time is very important to me as well.
Pricing is average just has become a poor customer service center.
