Daniel came today to perform annual service on my HVAC units. He arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He recommended replacement of a filter in the attic and told me the price. He told me that my service contract did not cover annual inspection of the downstairs unit, but that he could do that while he was here for an additional cost. I appreciate his willingness to do that. I wish those who had booked the appt would have told me I was booking only 1 inspection, but that is not Daniel's fault. The downstairs unit inspection revealed an issue that could cause inefficient HVAC performance and pose health risks inside. Daniel mentioned that he had a used unit that was 1/2 price. I asked how long it had been used and he said 1 year. It was installed promptly and Daniel closed the visit courteously again. Great work and I would be happy to have Daniel return in the future.
