Joseph Barnes was excellent. This is an old home so there are some issues with replacing a water heater and bringing it up to code and getting it to fit because of the updating to the city code. Joseph detailed the costs and ensured that I knew the work that he needed to complete to support the costs. I would recommend him and have him work on the home again.
