My water heater was leaking. No doubt i need a new heater installed. I called Fast Water Heater. Scott is very helpful and patient in explaining all the details. On the same day they sent Joseph coming over. Joseph is very helpful and professional in installation. My venting pipe had a uphill and downhill problem. He spotted out the problem right away when he saw the heater in my garage. He provided a suggestion to put new heater on the ground. I had a couple contractors (or licensed people) who came over, one didn't notice the venting pipe problem and the other didn't know that heaters are allowed on the ground in garage today because heater chamber are built enclosed nowadays with FVIR certified. So if your problem is small, most contractors can help. But if you need someone who can solve problem correctly, i would recommend Fast Water Heater company.
Pricing wise they are very reasonable. they show me a list of charge based on codes required by city. Whereas, the other contractors came over, take a look, then give me a lump sum quote without telling you how the breakdown is. I like to know itemized charge.
