Amber set up my appointment to have my water heater inspected, She was very friendly and told me she would call before the service tech came to my home. She was true to her word and called prior to Marcos coming. When Marcos arrived he was very friendly and explained everything he would do. He went about his business and inspected the plumbing in my home and drained and inspected my hot water heater and gave me his report. He explained about a pump to get me hot water quicker and explained a filter system to help me get a more palatable water. It was a good experience. Thank you Amber and Marcos!!
