Took in a pair of jeans for hemming. When I got them back there was a 2" difference between the right leg hem and the left leg hem. When I took them back to be fixed, was told that it wasn't their fault because I measured them myself, I only had 1 leg pinned as to where I wanted the length. She was suppose to match up the other side. I did not measure these pants myself! Then she was like, "ooh okay, I fix them. This is not the first time I had to take pants back for very similar issues. I think I have given them ample opportunities to prove themselves. I believe I can find a better tailor...additionally, you should make sure you take cash when you go in there, because they do not have a debit/credit card machine. I assume it's because they have to pay for it. Instead they have an ATM in there for customers to use, so YOU can pay $2.50 to pay them! more
