Joe provided excellent service today. Joe called in advance to say he was on his way over. He arrived on time and determined the problem with my furnace immediately. He didn't have the replacement part with him, but left to get it and returned within an hour. He performed the repair very quickly, and made sure the furnace was working properly before he left.
